Central Government
The central government of Zeniterra is an oligarchy comprised of a 5 seat council selected from the other major factions in the city. Each seat holds a vote and the majority decision rules. The council oversees all public functions of the city and acts as the leaders of the military, police, tax enforcement, diplomatic relations, zoning, construction and law. The government employs several hundred citizens in these positions. They also control the immigration and influx of slaves from foreign conquest and trade. In addition to these functions the city will also fund expeditions into the mountain to line the public coffers.
